Devices that have been lost or stolen may not be able to register on any network. The fact that your device or account was used before you notified us is some evidence that you authorized the charges. California customers: For charges incurred before you notified us, you are not liable for charges you did not authorize. Charges that you believe were unauthorized may be investigated upon request. To support your request, we may ask for information from you. We will credit your account if we determine that the charges were unauthorized.
